Refund Eligibility

Each product's return policy is listed under "Returns" on the item's product page. Returnable items must be in the same condition that you received them and free of wear or damage.

Items eligible for free returns: Customers have up to 14 days from the time your item arrived to request a return by emailing support@casa-kay.com. You will be provided with a complimentary return item to send your package back. 

Items eligible for return by buyer-paid shipping: Any items eligible can request a return by emailing us at support@casa-kay.com. Once your item arrives to the manufacturer, please allow up to 10 days for a refund. 

All custom items and most larger furniture pieces are final sale and are non-refundable. 


Damages or Product Defects
If your item arrived damaged in transit, please email us at support@casa-kay.com with photos of the item and we'll work to either replace or refund your order.
